    Het wijnhuis Vitteaut-Alberti werd in 1951 opgericht in Rully, de bakermat van de Bourgondische mousserende wijnen, door Lucien Vitteaut en zijn vrouw, geboren Alberti. Het wijnhuis is gespecialiseerd in de productie van witte wijnen volgens de traditionele Champagne-methode. Een wijngaard van 23 hectare, gelegen in de beste klimaten van de Côte de Beaune en de Chalonnaise, stelt de familie al drie generaties in staat om verse Crémants de Bourgogne (Blanc, Blanc de blancs, Blanc de Noirs en Rosé) op traditionele wijze te produceren.

    Crémant de Bourgogne Blanc de Blancs Vitteaut-Alberti is een blend van 80% Chardonnay en 20% Aligoté, afkomstig uit de Côte Chalonnaise en de Hautes Côtes de Beaune. Het bedrijf vinifieert de wijn volgens de traditionele temperatuurgecontroleerde methode en laat hem minimaal 16-18 maanden in de fles rijpen.

    Het aromatische profiel is subtiel met citroenachtige en bloemige tonen. In de mond vindt de wijn zijn evenwicht tussen levendigheid en finesse, citrusvruchten en peer. Hij vertoont alle minerale frisheid van een Crémant Blanc de Blancs, met een elegante en aanhoudende afdronk gekenmerkt door licht honingachtige en geroosterde tonen. Aanbevolen wordt om hem te serveren op 8-10°C als aperitief, of als begeleider van zeevruchten, schelpdieren en sushi.
